Our Verdict
Nike Alphafly 3
Li-Ning Feidian 6 Elite
The Li-Ning Feidian 6 Elite is a better marathon racer than the Nike Alphafly 3, with significantly better cushioning and more energy return to help you maintain your pace over longer distances. It also feels bouncier and rolls you forward more smoothly. However, the Nike is slightly lighter and more stable, with a firmer forefoot that makes it better suited to shorter races like 5Ks and 10Ks.
