ASICS METASPEED EDGE PARIS
The ASICS METASPEED EDGE PARIS and Nike Alphafly 3 are both proven super shoes, but the ASICS puts a much greater emphasis on low weight. The Nike shoe provides more heel cushioning and a more substantial forefoot response, making it better suited to runners who want extra protection over longer distances. Get the ASICS if minimal weight is the priority; get the Nike if you want more protection for the marathon.
