ASICS METASPEED EDGE PARIS
The ASICS METASPEED EDGE PARIS and the Nike Alphafly 3 are both top-tier super shoes frequently seen on starting lines, but they cater to slightly different preferences. Both offer plenty of energy return and race-ready performance, but the ASICS prioritizes minimal weight, making it one of the lightest plated racers available and a great choice for runners who value efficiency and speed. The Alphafly 3, while heavier, delivers superior cushioning in the heel and features a distinct mechanical pop in the forefoot thanks to its Air Pods.
