Our Verdict
PUMA Fast-R NITRO Elite 3
ASICS METASPEED SKY TOKYO
The ASICS METASPEED SKY TOKYO and PUMA Fast-R NITRO Elite 3 are similarly capable race shoes, but the ASICS is the better option if you want a lighter, less aggressive setup. It gives slightly more energy back and is easier to control, while the PUMA provides slightly more cushioning and much more assistance through the stride.
