Our Verdict

Saucony Endorphin Speed 6

ASICS HYPER SPEED 6

The Saucony Endorphin Speed 6 is better overall than the similarly named ASICS HYPER SPEED 6, especially for faster workouts and long runs. Its stronger rebound makes it feel livelier when you pick up the pace, while its cushioning provides more protection as the miles add up. The ASICS is lighter and has a firmer, lower feel, making it an option for shorter sessions if you prefer a simple shoe without a plate. However, its limited bounce and cushioning make it less versatile as your runs get longer.
