Saucony Triumph 24
Brooks Glycerin 23
The Saucony Triumph 24 is a better running shoe than the Brooks Glycerin 23. It's lighter and returns significantly more energy, so it's less tiring to run in and provides much more assistance through each stride. It also has much better cushioning, making it the stronger option for longer runs, too. However, the Brooks is much more stable, so it'll suit you better if you need extra support and mainly want a shoe for easy training miles.
