Nike Winflo 12

Under Armour Charged+ Assert 11

The Nike Winflo 12 is a better running shoe than the Under Armour Charged+ Assert 11. The Nike is lighter, much more stable, and considerably more protective, with enough rebound to make regular running less tiring. Its tall platform can take some getting used to, but it handles daily mileage and longer runs much better. Get the Under Armour if you mainly want a shoe for walking or gym work with a little cardio; get the Nike if running is the priority.
