Samsung S90D OLED
Sony BRAVIA 7
The Samsung S90D OLED outclasses the Sony BRAVIA 7 in dark rooms with its deeper contrast, a wider color gamut, and quicker pixel transitions for crisp motion. It also offers four HDMI 2.1 ports at 4k @ 144Hz with sub-10 ms lag. The Sony is markedly brighter on full-screen bright scenes, supports Dolby Vision, and passes DTS audio. While the Sony TV's brightness lets it handle glare better in some scenarios, the Samsung has the edge in certain lighting configurations due to its much better reflection handling. Ultimately, the Samsung is the better TV of the two for most people.
