Sony A95L OLED
Sony A80L/A80CL OLED
The Sony A95L OLED is significantly better than the Sony A80L/A80CL OLED. The A95L delivers a much more impactful HDR experience thanks to its much higher peak brightness and better image processing, resulting in smoother gradients in HDR and less banding. Colors are also far more vibrant and impressive on the A95L thanks to its QD-OLED panel. The A95L is also a bit better for gamers, as it supports Dolby Vision gaming at up to 4k @ 120Hz.

Especially if you only watch non-4K content, like 2K BDs and DVDs, like me? Plus, I think that according Rtings.com, burn-in may happen sooner on the QD-OLED than WOLED. And how much of advantage could the much brighter QD-OLED offer me since I keep my room dimly lit? If you did the same thing might you find yourself dialing down the A80L’s brightness?
Just got myself an A80L on top of the Sony X93L I bought 3 weeks ago…paid 2700$ TX in for a 65 inch..I have seen the A95L at my friends house..the A95L is 3000$ more than the A80L..the difference in picture quality is not worth putting out 3000$ more maybe 800$ to 1000$ more could pass but hey! To each its own.
Just bought an A80L, it is perfect enough. A95L may be overpaid.
