Puffy Royal
Puffy Monarch
The Puffy Monarch and Puffy Royal sit on opposite ends of Puffy's lineup when it comes to their firmness level: the Monarch's Medium-Plush feel is better for average and heavier side sleepers who want deep pressure relief at the shoulder and hip, while the Royal's Medium-Firm feel is built for lighter and average back and stomach sleepers who need their hips kept in line with the rest of the spine. The Royal is also more responsive of the two, bouncing back quickly and letting you change positions more easily. The Monarch is better for a partner sharing the bed, since motion settles down faster. Edge support is a weak point on both mattresses, and neither is especially durable given the lower-density foam each uses in its comfort layers.
