The Logitech M720 Triathlon is a much higher-quality mouse for productivity and everyday use than the Colorways CW-MSPDCMBO1, which is better suited to light work and browsing. The Logitech has significantly better build quality, a more comfortable shape that accommodates a wider range of hand sizes, smoother-gliding mouse feet, and better overall sensor performance. It also has several side buttons and a scroll wheel with notched and faster free-scrolling modes. You can connect it through a USB receiver or Bluetooth and switch between paired devices, while the Colorways only connects via its USB receiver.
