ASICS MEGABLAST
The ASICS SONICBLAST and ASICS MEGABLAST are both versatile performance trainers, but the MEGABLAST is the better all-rounder for most runners. It’s lighter, more cushioned, and bouncier, making it better suited to daily training and long runs while still handling faster efforts well. The SONICBLAST has a firmer forefoot and partial plate that provide more structure and leverage at toe-off, so it’s the better pick if you specifically want a plated ride for workouts.
