HOKA Bondi 9
Brooks Glycerin 23
The HOKA Bondi 9 is a better running shoe than the Brooks Glycerin 23. Its softer, more deeply cushioned platform provides much better protection from road impact, making it a more comfortable choice for daily mileage and longer runs. It also offers noticeably better energy return through both the heel and forefoot, providing more assistance through each stride. That said, the Brooks has a firmer, more traditional feel that may appeal to runners who prefer a simpler shoe for easy runs or walking.
