HOKA Mach 7
The HOKA Mach 7 is a better all-around running shoe than the HOKA Bondi 9. It’s much lighter, more stable, and offers better energy return, making it more versatile for daily training and faster workouts. The Bondi 9 provides significantly deeper cushioning, especially over longer distances, making it the better option for relaxed runs where comfort takes priority. However, its heavy build and soft platform make it less suitable for picking up the pace, while the Mach 7 can comfortably handle a wider variety of runs.
