Our Verdict
HOKA Bondi 9
R.A.D MALLOW
The HOKA Bondi 9 is a better running shoe than the R.A.D MALLOW, especially for longer distances. Its significantly deeper cushioning provides much better protection from road impact, making it more comfortable for easy runs and regular mileage. That said, the R.A.D is more stable and offers slightly better energy return, despite being heavier.
