Our Verdict

Nike Alphafly 3

Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 3

The Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 3 and Nike Alphafly 3 are both aggressive marathon racers, but the Mizuno takes its geometry much further. The Mizuno is softer and rolls you forward more aggressively, while the Nike is lighter and more stable. Get the Mizuno if you want a highly rockered, rolling ride; get the Alphafly if you want something more controlled.
