Our Verdict
Nike Alphafly 3
Nike Zoom Fly 6
The Nike Alphafly 3 is a better racing shoe than the Nike Zoom Fly 6. It's much lighter and far more race-focused. The Zoom Fly 6 is more practical for regular workouts and long runs, so get it if you want a plated trainer you can use more often across a training week.
