The Saucony Ride 19 is a better shoe than the Saucony Cohesion 19. It has significantly better shock absorption, a livelier ride, and handles every type of run better. That said, it's much more expensive, so the Cohesion 19 is the better choice if you mainly want a lifestyle shoe you can run in from time to time.
