Saucony Triumph 24
Saucony Ride 19
The Saucony Triumph 24 is a better running shoe than the Saucony Ride 19 for most runners. It's significantly more cushioned, so you get more protection from the road, and it's lighter with much better energy return, so it's less tiring to run in and gives you more help through your stride. However, it's also much more expensive, and the Ride 19 is more stable, so if you want to spend less or need a very stable shoe, the Ride 19 is still a great running shoe overall.
