Samsung RU8000
The TCL 6 Series 2018 is slightly better than the Samsung RU8000. The TCL has a full array local dimming feature, although it's mediocre, and it can get a lot brighter. The Samsung, on the other hand, has better uniformity and a faster response time, so fast-moving objects in games and movies look better.
