TCL Q7/Q750G QLED
Hisense U75QG
The Hisense U75QG is better than the TCL Q750G. The newer Hisense is brighter in HDR and SDR, and has better black levels due to its deeper contrast and slightly faster local dimming solution. The Hisense TV also has better colors due to its higher brightness ceiling. It's also more accurate in SDR out of the box, although in HDR, the TCL has the edge due to its far more accurate PQ EOTF tracking. Finally, the Hisense offers more to gamers, as it's capable of gaming at 4k @ 165Hz or 1080p @ 288Hz, while the TCL tops out at 4k @ 144Hz and 1080 @ 240Hz.
