The Sony WF-1000XM3 Truly Wireless are better noise cancelling over-ears than the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2. The Sony feel significantly better built and are more comfortable. They're also compatible with an excellent companion app that gives you access to tons of sound customization features. On the other hand, the Anker have a more stable fit and a more bass-heavy sound profile, which adds some thump and may please fans of genres like EDM or hip-hop.
