It has better build quality, and while it only has white backlighting, it has shine-through legends, unlike the Ducky. On the other hand, the Ducky is designed for everyday browsing, productivity, and gaming. It also has a control knob, which the Logitech lacks, as well as full RGB backlighting. The Ducky is also available in two smaller variants, 65% and 75% sizes, and with either linear or tactile switches, while the Logitech is only available in one size and with linear switches.
