Helix Midnight Elite
The Beautyrest Black and Helix Midnight Elite perform quite similarly overall, but are suitable for different sleepers. The Beautyrest Black is more supportive for lighter people and better for back/stomach sleepers in that category. It's also much more responsive, so you're less likely to feel stuck in place. The Elite is more supportive for heavier people, and also offers much better pressure relief for lighter side sleepers.
