The Tuft and Needle Mint is a more versatile mattress than the Leesa Original. Both mattresses are well-suited for heavier back, stomach, and side sleepers, but the Tuft and Needle is a better mattress for lighter people overall, offering better support for back and stomach sleeping and better pressure relief for side sleeping. It also offers better motion dissipation, and it's bouncier, which makes it feel easier to move around on.
