The medium Casper Cooling Select is a better choice for most people than the medium-firm Novaform ComfortGrande Plus. The Casper offers a little more support and body conformity, making it more comfortable for a range of sleepers, though neither is a good choice for lighter side sleepers. The Casper is also a little more cooling and a lot more responsive, making it easier to change sleeping positions. On the other hand, the Novaform is better at isolating motion, so you may still prefer it if you or your sleeping partner tends to toss and turn.
