Why is there a difference between DSC Off Max Refresh Rate Over HDMI?

Asus - 180 Hz MSI - 240 Hz

It’s just how each monitor handles signals without DSC. Disabling DSC doesn’t guarantee you’ll still get the theoretical possible refresh rate, as it depends on which signals the monitors support. That’s why the ASUS is lower than the MSI.
