Saucony Endorphin Elite 3
The ASICS METASPEED SKY TOKYO is abetter racing shoe overall than the Saucony Endorphin Elite 3. It's significantly lighter and better suited to 5K and 10K racing, while offering slightly more energy return. The Saucony is much heavier, though bouncier and more stable, so it's easier to trust when tired. Get the ASICS for pure racing performance; get the Saucony if you value stability and comfort more.
