The Kiprun Kipstorm Elite is a better shoe than the Kiprun Kipstorm Tempo for racing. It's lighter, more energetic underfoot, and much better suited to faster efforts. The Kipstorm Tempo is the better choice for training, with deeper cushioning and more versatility for regular mileage or long runs.
