The Saucony Triumph 24 is a better running shoe overall than the Nike Vomero Plus. It's a more versatile daily trainer, as it's considerably lighter and returns more energy with each step, so it feels at home in both slower runs and faster sessions. Its heel cushioning is stronger, and its forefoot protection holds up better over longer efforts, making it a useful option for building mileage. The Nike can still be worth it if you prefer a firmer, slightly steadier feel.
