Saucony Endorphin Elite 3 vs Endorphin Speed 6

The Saucony Endorphin Speed 6 offers better overall value than the Saucony Endorphin Elite 3 for most runners. It isn't a dedicated racing shoe, but it handles fast workouts very well and can double as your race-day pair. It's also more stable and usually costs substantially less. The Elite 3 delivers more rebound and cushioning, making it more efficient at high speeds. This means it can be worth the extra money for competitive racers prioritizing performance. However, most runners will be better served by the Speed 6's balance of training versatility, racing capability, and lower cost.
