Our Verdict
Saucony Endorphin Speed 5
Saucony Endorphin Speed 6
The Saucony Endorphin Speed 6 is a meaningful upgrade over the previous Saucony Endorphin Speed 5, especially for longer workouts and races. It's lighter and offers more cushioning, particularly under the forefoot, helping it feel less harsh as the miles add up. Its stiffer sole also maintains a more pronounced rolling motion through each stride. However, the Speed 5 remains a good choice if you prefer a firmer, more stable shoe.
