Choose the Silk and Snow if you sleep on your side or if you sleep with a partner. It provides more pressure relief, which helps cushion your shoulder and hip while side sleeping, and you notice less movement across the mattress, helping you sleep peacefully. Go for the Casper if you sleep on your back or stomach, since the extra support helps lift your hips, keeping your back in more of a straight line in either position.
