The Helix Midnight Luxe 2024 and the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid are both medium-plush mattresses and have similar levels of bounce, sinking, and contouring. They perform similarly, but the Helix is more responsive, making it easier to change positions while sleeping. It uses zoned coils, so it's a bit firmer in the lumbar area.
