The Nike Winflo 12 is a significant upgrade over the Nike Winflo 11. Though they both weigh virtually the same, the Winflo 12 is significantly more cushioned and energetic underfoot, as well as being more trustworthy. It's a much better daily trainer too, with more versatility. Runners deciding between the two should get the Nike Winflo 12 unless they can find the Winflo 11 at a very steep discount and don't care about the performance upgrades.
