The Dell S3425DW is a newer model than the Dell S3422DWG. The S3425DW is a bit more well-rounded because it has more accurate colors, slightly better motion handling, and it has a USB-C port to connect a laptop, which the S3422DWG lacks. The S3425DW also supports HDMI 2.1 bandwidth to make full use of gaming consoles and modern graphics cards, which the S3422DWG lacks.
