Samsung Q9F/Q9 QLED 2017
LG C8 OLED
The LG C8 OLED TV is much better than the Samsung Q9F/Q9 QLED 2017. The LG C8 has perfect dark room performance thanks to the infinite contrast and perfect black uniformity, as well as the perfect local dimming feature. The C8 has a much wider viewing angle and excellent gray uniformity, great for sports fans with wide seating areas. As an OLED panel, the LG C8 is susceptible to image retention and burn-in. The Samsung Q9F doesn't have the risk of burn-in as it's a VA panel.
