The Ragnok ErgoStrike7 is a wireless gaming mouse with a vertical ergonomic design and is shaped to look like a handgun. It features a PixArt PAW3395 sensor and a maximum polling rate of 1000Hz. It has semi- and fully-automatic 'recoil modes' that activate a small motor that makes a sound and gives haptic feedback when you pull the trigger to left-click.
Our Verdict
The Ragnok ErgoStrike7 is good for work, as long as your HR department is okay with employees using computer mice that look like handguns. It has a vertical orientation that keeps your hand, wrist, and arm in a neutral position to prevent strain. Unlike most vertical mice, however, the left-click button is a trigger that you pull with your right index finger, and you use the scroll wheel and back/forward buttons with your right thumb. This might not feel quite as natural as other vertical mice that feature more familiar designs and buttons that are placed more conventionally. Otherwise, the mouse has fantastic build quality, reconfigurable buttons, and multi-device pairing capability, but it lacks a free-scrolling mode or tilt controls for the scroll wheel.
Connects wirelessly with its USB receiver or via Bluetooth.
Vertical shape can help reduce wrist strain.
Scroll wheel lacks L/R tilt inputs and free scrolling.
If you can get used to its unusual form factor and heavy weight, the Ragnok ErgoStrike7 is an impressive FPS gaming mouse. It touts a vertical grip design and styling to make it look like a gun. It may take some time to get used to aiming if you're coming from a more conventional mouse, but the vertical grip can have ergonomic benefits by keeping your wrist in a more natural position. Otherwise, its styling and recoil effect make it fun to use as a novelty. The mouse delivers fantastic raw performance that's typical for mice with this sensor package.
Fantastic raw performance.
Vertical shape can help reduce wrist strain.
Extremely heavy.
Vertical form factor can make it difficult to aim the cursor precisely.
The Ragnok ErgoStrike is good for MMO or MOBA gaming, although it's not specifically designed for this use. It has outstanding build quality and a very comfortable vertical shape that can help prevent strain over long sessions. While it has fantastic raw performance, it doesn't have nearly as many side buttons as dedicated MMO mice.
Fantastic raw performance.
Vertical shape can help reduce wrist strain.
Vertical form factor can make it difficult to aim the cursor precisely.
Fewer side buttons than dedicated MMO mice.
The Ragnok ErgoStrike7 delivers superb raw performance. It has remarkable sensor and click latency and supports a wireless polling rate of 1000Hz, making it well-suited for playing casual or competitive titles in any genre.

Popular Mouse Comparisons
The Ragnok ErgoStrike 7 is a vertical wireless gaming mouse that's styled to look like a handgun. It features semi and fully automatic 'recoil' settings that use a haptic motor to make a sound and send a vibration through the mouse to give feedback when you pull the trigger, which is the left click button. It uses a PixArt PAW3395 gaming sensor and boasts performance that's suitable for competitive FPS gaming.
This mouse is a genuinely unique option on the market that toes the line between novelty product and innovative design. While it delivers raw sensor and click latency performance that's similar to mice like the Logitech G502 X and the Pulsar X3, it's incredibly heavy, and its vertical design is decidedly compromised, making it difficult to move quickly and accurately like traditional gaming mice, or even like other vertical mice like the Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical.

The Razer Viper V4 Pro and the Ragnok ErgoStrike7 are wireless gaming mice with radically different approaches. The Razer is very lightweight, has a conventional design, and bleeding-edge raw performance that makes it suitable for FPS gaming at the highest competitive levels. The Ragnok, on the other hand, is a vertical mouse that's styled to look like a gun. While it still boasts fantastic raw sensor and click performance, it's significantly heavier and might feel unnatural to aim precisely. It features a 'recoil' effect that makes a sound and sends a vibration through the mouse every time you pull the trigger to left-click. Overall, the Ragnok is a fun novelty, but it's far less suitable for gaming than the Razer.
The Logitech MX Vertical and the Ragnok ErgoStrike7 are wireless mice designed for you to grip in a vertical orientation. The Ragnok is styled to look like a handgun and is designed for FPS gaming, and as such, delivers better raw performance that makes it far superior for gaming. The Logitech, on the other hand, is designed primarily for productivity and has a design that's more acceptable in an office environment.
The Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical and the Ragnok ErgoStrike7 are wireless gaming mice that are designed for you to hold vertically. The Ragnok is styled to look like a handgun with a trigger acting as the left-click button and has a recoil setting that can make a sound and give feedback when you click, whereas the Razer has a more conventional, businesslike design. Both mice are equally capable for gaming if you can get used to their heavy weights and vertical designs that may not feel as natural to aim as a conventional gaming mouse.
